Defining the role of your development initiative for the solution of any given problem has a direct bearing on the allocation, purposes, and long-term planning of its funding and on your initiative’s design in general.
Do not confuse this with Choosing the right leaders, which refers to taking into account these same considerations but with respect to the actors with whom the initiative collaborates, and not to the initiative itself.
